Dear Partners and Prayer Warriors,

 

OBEDIENCE:  A large word for a simple and magnificent way to live!

 

True obedience to God’s Word and in trying to do the next right thing, is where blessing flows.

 

In obedience, there is no rebellion, no idolatry, no pride or self-pity; just complete dependence on our Father in Heaven who loved us first and still loves us most.

 

 In obedience there is only dependence on God the Father.  Not self-independent, not codependent on others; just dependent on Him.

 

  In obedience there are assurances of His promises.

 

Through obedience there is a trust in God that surpasses all reasoning and He is TRUSTWORTHY!

 

Through obedience and faith we can walk through fire and not smell like smoke. We come out on the other side because He takes us by the hand and walks us through the adversity.

 

All of our hopes, dreams, and the blessing(s) we desire ALL flow through the partnership of our obedience and His perfect love. That is who He is – Perfect Love!

 

 

Rewards of obedience:

“You shall therefore love the Lord your God, and always keep His directive, His statutes, His ordinances, and His commandments.” (Deut. 11:1).

 

This is what the Lord says: “Guard justice and do righteousness, For My salvation is about to come And My righteousness to be revealed.” (Isa. 56:1)

 

 

“but now has been disclosed, and through the Scriptures of the prophets, in accordance with the commandment of the eternal God, has been made known to all the nations, leading to obedience of faith” (Romans 16:26)

 

 

“His affection abounds all the more toward you, as he remembers the obedience of you all, how you received him with fear and trembling” (2 Cor. 7:15)

 

Obedience is a choice!

 

 We must choose to be obedient for the good of our lives here on earth and our one day home of heaven. It is the key to a healthy, whole and prosperous life here in this world and for the Kingdom!

 

We love you all and we pray God’s blessings chase you down and run you over. We encourage you to run your race through obedience and watch – taste and see that the Lord is good! Ps. 34:8.
